If you have chosen Home Print to collect your tickets, and have not yet issued your QR code tickets, please log in to the Shiki Theatre Company ID Centre and obtain them from your Reservation List.

If you have already issued your QR code tickets, please enter the venue by holding your tickets over the device at the venue entrance. You may enter the venue without having to exchange them for actual tickets.

If you are not able to print your QR code tickets or show the QR code images on your smartphone, your tickets can be issued at the "Ticket ATM" located at the venue entrance.
*Your reservation number and registered phone number will be required to issue your tickets at the "Ticket ATM".
