Terms of Use: Shiki Theatre Company Ticket Resale Service
Shiki Theatre Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") sets forth the below terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") upon the use of the Company’s Ticket Resale Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") by ticket reservation holders (hereinafter referred to as "Reservation Holders").
Article 1. Purpose, Applicability, and Conditions of Use
This service is intended for Reservation Holders, who have already purchased tickets under their Shiki Theatre Company ID. Any use of the Service for purposes other than those covered by the scope of the Service is prohibited.
This service is designed for Reservation Holders, who are capable of setting, operating, and using computers or wireless phones (hereinafter referred to as "Electronic Device(s)"), which must correctly display Japanese/English characters, at their own risk, based on the correct understanding of the use of their Internet environment. The Company will not be held liable for Service malfunctions attributable to the network environment, Service Users’ Electronic Device, OS, provider or other pertinent environments or circumstances.
Reservation Holders are required to abide by the rules governing the use of the Internet environment and technical rules of the Internet and demonstrate good manners and morals.
The Service does not guarantee that the posted ticket will be resold successfully.
Article 2. Ticket Resale Service
The Service is available for tickets to Shiki Theatre Company performances with QR codes that can be generated by Reservation Holders.
For each reservation number, reserved tickets worth up to 990,000yen can be posted for resale.
The Terms of Use for Shiki Gift Codes will apply to the Ticket Resale Gift Code. Gift Codes are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
The time window for posting tickets is specified as follows:

From 10:00 a.m. two days after the reservation is made until 11:59 p.m. two days before the performance date.
<If you received a copy of the ticket via post>
From 10:00 a.m. three days after the reservation is made until 11:59 p.m. two days before the performance date.
Even after you have posted the ticket, you may cancel your posting if the resale has not been completed yet. However, if the resale is completed or is in the process of being completed, your posting cannot be cancelled.
If the posted ticket is not resold by 11:59 p.m. two days before the performance, the relevant seat will be returned to the Reservation Holder.
In the event the ticket is reserved by a third party after it has been posted, the Company will issue a Ticket Resale Gift Code to the Reservation Holder once the payment is confirmed. The Ticket Resale Gift Code will be issued in accordance with the following policies, and the code will be valid for three years from the date of issue.
Shiki Fan Club members:
No fee will be charged for up to 5 reservation numbers per month, and 5% of the amount that the Reservation Holder receives at the completion of the resale will be deducted as a fee from the 6th reservation number onwards.
General/Non-Shiki Fan Club members:
A 5% fee will be deducted from the amount that the Reservation Holder receives at the completion of the resale.
The Ticket Resale Gift Code can be found in the Reservation Holder’s Shiki Theatre Company ID account.
Tickets to Shiki Theatre Company performances can be purchased by using the Ticket Resale Gift Code on the online reservation system, “SHIKI ON-LINE TICKET”.
The Company will take no responsibility in the event the Ticket Resale Gift Code is lost.
The Company will take no responsibility for any problems that may arise after the use of this Service.
Article 3. About the System
The Company reserves the right to alter the content of its system, or suspend or revise the Service without advance notice, if required by the system.
While using the Service, you may be connected to a site or server not owned by the Company.
The Service uses JavaScript, SSL and Cookie.
Article 4. System Maintenance, Failures, etc.
Although we take every precaution to manage this system, there may be times when the Ticket Resale Gift Code cannot be used due to power outages, system failures, maintenance, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the customer for not being able to use the code.
Article 5. Agreement Jurisdictional Court
Any disputes arising between the Reservation Holder and the Company under the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, which shall act as the court of first instance.
Article 6. Changes to the Terms
The company reserves the right to change or modify provisions without notice. Any such change shall be effective immediately.
Supplementary Provision The Terms shall come into force at midnight on December 11, 2020.
